When one has mastered Death and tasted of his gifts, one may learn his tongue. While all things are capable of death, some foolishly fear not their coming death and so do not understand his tongue. But those creatures who understand and fear death the best, who have Hun's capable of becoming ghosts, they and those already touched by death can understand Death's tongue and speak it unknowingly. In short, humans, beings with human-like souls, and all Creatures of Death can understand and be understood the user when directly speaking to her. But this tongue causes a fear in those living and in ghosts, who react based on their virtues.
