Nebulous Rumor Methodology

By talking to a person, telling a rumor, and making a Manipulation + Socialize roll with an external penalty of their MDV, should they succeed, the person must spend 2 willpower or develop a negative intimacy (though the Abyssal can not decide the exact nature of the emotion) towards the target spoken of. Any time they hear the rumor again, the intimacy is automatically reinforced.
With a second purchase of this charm at Socialize 3, Essence 3, the Abyssal may choose the exact nature of the intimacy. Also, with this level, the reinforcement of the intimacy through re-hearing the rumor will not only fix damage, but return the intimacy to its original state. This will overwrite changes to the intimacy and/or recreate it should it have been erradicated.
Disease of Burning Words

Rumors are vicious things, even when true, more for the insidious nature that drives their propagation than the hurts they might cause. This charm enhances it's prerequisite by paying a willpower surcharge. The person targeted must spend a willpower each scene to not spread this rumor, which uses the Abyssal's successes to infect the next person with their MDV as an external penalty. The willpower to resist spreading the rumor need only be spent over 3 scenes to break the Compulsion for that victim. This goes on till the Abyssal's (Essence) in Magnitude have been exposed to the rumor.
Words Beget Action

There are times when words are not enough, and action must be taken! This charm enhances Nebulous Rumor Methodology, and by paying a 4 mote surcharge, people can be driven to act on their intimacies created by rumor. Thereby may armies be formed against a cause, ideal, or group. The person is driven to act on their intimacy gained through Nebulous Rumor Methodology unless they spend 1 willpower a day, and this is not broken until 5 willpower are spent.
Lies Become Truths

Now, the Abyssal has started down the path to mastery... by weaving lies that seem as truths to their victims. The Abyssal when using Nebulous Rumor Methodology may tell a rumor about a person the victim does not know, because this person does not exist and never did.
False Gods Misdirection

It is the nature of mankind to seek higher powers, even when they have one they worship already. For there always might be one more kind, more understanding, just a bit better. This charm enhances Lies Become Truths, allowing you to lead the faithful astray. In effect, this attacks the Cult of a being, usurping their prayers for a false god of the Abyssal's choice. This reduces the mote regain per hour by half the Abyssal's essence (rounded down) until the religious figures perform some sort of act to return worship to the original target.
At Essence 4+, the "god" the Abysssal tells a truth about can be linked to a real being, transfering prayers to that one which grants them the motes the other has lost.
