Soulsteel Longbow
This bow was found by Stepper while in the terrible maze of Death upon a corpse therein. He used it wisely to battle the specters (though he knew not their nature) within, including the Nephwrack Fluttering Sound of Endings Come. Then when he left, it disappeared... to appear when he most needed it.
The arrows move with strange grace, arching through the air according to breezes that touch no mortal realm known. This allows the user to negate called shot penalties (except to Fierce Blows) and when using Withering Feathered Maelstrom, to apply half the number of attacks focused on a target as a coordinated attack penalty (though receiving no Onslaught penalty).

The soulsteel bonuses have already been factored into the above statistics. If not fully harmonized, reduce the weapons Accuracy to +1 and Damage to +3.
