This charm enhances a virtue rated at five, giving five successes rather than dice when rolled for any reason and regaining one virtue channel at midnight. But furthermore, an appropriate Intimacy (as described below) must be changed into a permanent Passion, or an existing appropriate Passion can be transformed into both Motivation and Passion at once (with wording changed to give the Intimacy a goal fitting to the emotion).

• Compassionate Passions tend to be focused around love, care, and protective urges.
• Convicted Passions are about dedication to a cause, loyalty, and faith.
• Temperate Passions give themselves to consideration, curiosity, and generally thought.
• Valor Passions are fiery and about conflict, rivalry, and and negative feelings about a person or group.
