Vast portions of the city constructed according to the Principles of the Second Age, benefitting from unusual construction materials but still quintessential lesser,-- "New Chiaroscuro" ranges from nice-if-traditional neighborhoods to the cities extensive slums, and is dotted by more salted-off shadowlands than anywhere else in the City. The Immaculate Order seems to have excellent penetration into this part of the town, but that's only a surface impression which quickly fades if one takes note of furtive hidden worship and even entire Temples tucked away under the vermillion streets. It helps that access to the Undercity tends to be harder in this part of town, owing to the newer construction, leaving many completely unaware of what lays just underfoot.
